Here are a few of the quilts we presented yesterday at Quilting For Christ in Hurst. I think this was the largest group of guests we've ever had for Quilts of Valor - someone counted 50 and there were 10 or 15 of us. Lots of good food and the recipients of the quilts were so appreciative.

Do you know where they're getting the names of the recipients? And are the recipients allowed to choose their quilts or do they just get whatever they get? I really prefer red, white and blue QOVs but all the quilts are gorgeous!! And any idea how all the people in the crowd got the word about the presentation?
