Quilting For Christ

Here are two small quilts our group made for the Linus quilt project. Sorry about the legs - didn't get it cropped.

Kenna is 12!

Our granddaughter, Kenna, was twelve on Friday and celebrated with a sleepover with friends. The party had a campout theme and Amy created another darling cake. The rocks around the campfire were chocolate covered pistachios and the flame was melted cinnamon and butterscotch candies. She got her inspiration from a Family Fun magazine (?). We enjoyed the leftovers last night. Happy Birthday to my favorite granddaughter!

I've been hand quilting a large quilt for the Bear Creek Quilt Guild show in April and haven't had anything quilty to post about but that may change now. I finished it last night! Yay!
