Nashville with Buddy & Deanie

Our spring trip this year was to Tennessee where we met friends, Deanie and Buddy, in Nashville.  We had a great two days, catching up and reminiscing about the past 50+ years we've known each other.  First stop was the Ryman Auditorium, the original home of the Grand Old Opry.  Deanie and I really enjoyed seeing the costumes and reading about the history of this building.

Next stop was the Johnny Cash museum and the GooGoo shop (yum).  Another great museum with lots of nice costumes to see.

Last stop of the day was the Parthenon (replica) and a look at Athena (42' 10" tall).  Awesome!

Buddy & Deanie, waiting for Ron to bring the car around so we can get back on the 440 for a traffic-filled drive back to our hotel.
