Lake City, Colorado and Angel Fire, New Mexico

North Clear Creek Falls
Metal art in a pocket park in Creede
Adventure on CR 50.
These families were crossing on a couple of logs.  One kid was on crutches and one mom had a baby on her back.  Crazy young people!
This was our lunch spot on our CR 50 adventure.
I managed to get tree sap on my jeans.  Note to self - pack an old quilt for picnics.
On the way to Cataract Gulch.
The local sheriff's house was in an avalanche while he and his daughters were sleeping.  No one hurt but house was a total loss.
Beautiful flowers this year.
Sweety's Wildlife Preserve and Zoo
Cute place with wood animals and painted rocks.  Fun for kids to have a rock painting session.
More wildflowers - Angel Fire, New Mexico
Our lunch spot on the way to Red River, NM.
Ron was in the sun soon after we sat down here for lunch.  Hard to find a picnic table in New Mexico

Sign of a successful road trip in Colorado and New Mexico.
